Terra Brady is responsible for preparing and positioning privately held businesses for the market. With over a decade of real estate licensing experience and nearly 7 years at Boss Group International, Terra supports our Senior Advisors by ensuring all listing materials, documentation, and marketing assets are prepared and precise, in compliance with FREC requirements and company workflow standards.
She oversees the whole production cycle for teasers, CIMs, and all supporting marketing assets. She manages approvals, ensures documentation accuracy, publishes listings across major platforms, and monitors analytics to keep each opportunity strategically positioned. Supporting an average of 50 listings per year, she uses company systems and platforms to keep listings organized, marketing effective, and workflows running smoothly.
Known for her strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication, Terra is a reliable, behind-the-scenes force that ensures every listing is thoroughly prepared, compliant, and professionally presented, maximizing each opportunity for her colleagues and their clients.
