Personal Experience

A hospitality veteran, Tony grew up in the business with his family. Working within nearly all positions in the industry, Tony has experience working with some of the biggest hotel brands. After a relocation to Florida, his family purchased a 16-cottage lodge and marina which was family owned and operated for 8 years. Tony furthered his experience on the management side with responsibilities for over 125 rooms over a 5 year period in North and West Florida.

Over the next 25 years, Tony was involved in opening over 20 restaurants. But for the past decade, Tony has been practicing as a Business Intermediary with his firm Boss Group International. While well versed across most industries, Tony specializes in hospitality helping people Buy and Sell businesses. His experience as a hotel and restaurant owner/operator has helped Tony relate to business owners and provide consultation for his future clients.

Tony has been recognized as one of the top agents in Florida, receiving the Million Dollar Award every year since entering the business. Additionally, Tony was twice a recipient of the ‘Dealmaker Award’, which recognizes the top 5% of agents in the State of Florida of Dollar Volume of Businesses sold.
